ThingLink Introduces a New Adaptable Immersive Room Solution at ISE

At ISE Barcelona this week, in collaboration with Epson Europe, we are introducing ThingLink’s new adaptable immersive room solution, designed for AV hardware partners, product manufacturers, system integrators, and agencies working with immersive rooms and large-scale interactive installations.

The solution was born out of a very real pain point: the complexity of installing, adapting, and scaling immersive content across different room structures and physical setups. Today, immersive room projects often require extensive custom work, heavy coordination between multiple parties, and significant cost.

ThingLink’s immersive room solution introduces a flexible, software-driven approach that allows system integrators to adapt 360-degree immersive experiences to a wide range of room dimensions in a matter of minutes. This significantly simplifies collaboration with internal and external content partners and enables AV technicians to focus on hardware installation and system performance, rather than time-consuming content production and projection optimization.

Based on our award-winning, easy-to-use content creation platform, the ThingLink Immersive Room solution can be bundled by resellers as part of hardware or software licensing agreements, making it easy to integrate into existing AV offerings.

1. Download the Immersive Room software package

Install the Immersive Room and Offline apps on your computer.

2. Connect and arrange your displays

Extend your desktop and match the layout to your physical room.

3. Select the number of walls

Choose a 3–5 display setup inside the app.

4. Load your content

Download your project via the Offline app and add it to your Immersive Room.

5. Launch the experience

Your content plays instantly across all walls.

6. Use mobile controller (optional)

Use a phone on the same network to pan around and interact with the experience.
