Testing creating and publishing your ThingLink content 100% free for a week. After the one-week trial ends, all shared content will be unpublished. You will still have access to your content, but others will not be able to view it. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need an extension to this trial or have questions.
We don't have monthly plans, but if you have a special request, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can send invoices and purchase orders starting with the Team license, Creator upgrades must pay with a card online through self-service.
What about canceling my subscription? Your plan will automatically renew each year until canceled, and you can cancel any time in account settings. You will still have access to your content after canceling and they will remain functional on ThingLink. Already embedded content will be unpublished. If you have concerns about this, please contact us.
It is most common to embed ThingLinks into your website or LMS via our responsive iframe. Visit this page for sample ThingLink iframes. Additionally, you can share ThingLink as a direct link and we have a variety of integrations with Microsoft 365 platforms like Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneNote. ThingLinks can only be downloaded for offline use on desktop, primarily for when no-wifi is present. You can't host ThingLink on your own servers at this time. It is most common to embed ThingLinks into your website or LMS via our responsive iframe.

Yes! ThingLinks are fully responsive and work excellent on all devices, from small phones to large touch screens. Phones, tablets, desktops, touch screens, big screen TVs, mobile VR headsets, WebVR.
Views are counted when a direct link or webpage with ThingLinks embedded is loaded and each load counts as one view. Once your account exceeds views, all embedded content will redirect to be viewed on ThingLink. You can purchase more views if needed!
Our Team license unlocks multiple content creators to build and collaborate on ThingLink content under a single organizational instance. Admins can add and manage content creators through a wide variety of ways.
You can measure total and individual views, clicks, actions, time spent on content. It is also possible to filter by total vs. unique, date range and more.
Yes! You can consume ThingLink 360° images, 360° videos and 3D objects within a wide variety of headsets like Oculus Quest, Pico, HTC VIVE, ClassVR and Google Cardboard. See our full VR documentation here.
