ITALY WOMEN - Indeco Conversano won the Italian championship, the Italian Cup and the Italian Supercup, completing what is known as triplete, for the first time in club history. SWITZERLAND WOMEN - For the second time in a row LK Zug have won the Swiss double, winning the cup and the national championship. The first leg of the final against Spono Nottwil needed to be decided by a penalty shoot-out, and Zug were the lucky 33:32 winners. FRANCE WOMEN - After winning the main round by three points, Fleury Loiret received a bye to the semi-finals of the playoffs. Nimes failed to provide a challenge, but Issy Paris kept the final close in the first leg, losing only 21:22.
