<div>GROUP ROCK SAMPLES</div><div><br></div><div>Four identical sets of rocks for four groups of students. Each baggie contains 10 common rocks. Use with the "Let's Take a Rock Trip" and rock cycle activities. More information in the Rockin' NC teacher package. </div>
<div>LEGO(R) ROCKS</div><div><br></div><div>A baggie containing pink, grey, black, white and clear plastic brick pieces to use with the <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Hw7T-8Jwxs0MEQCEpG9dDtTPc_fo_fwp/view">"Lego Rocks" Activity</a>.</div>
<div>MODELING DOUGH</div><div><br></div><div>Any cheap modeling dough can be used to show metamorphic rocks during the rock cycle activities. In this case, an 8 pack for $1 from a dollar shop is included as an example. Students can trade pieces of different colors to form igneous rocks and then put pressure on them to create the metamorphic rocks. </div><div><br></div>
<div>VARIED SAMPLES</div><div><br></div><div>Each box might include different, varied samples to supplement the set rocks and minerals included in the box. These will usually include samples of: mica, sand and phosphate as addtional examples of NC geologic resources. Pumice is included for interest and rock density comparisons (eg. with the Don't Take it for Granite ) activity.</div>
<div>ROCKIN' NC BOARD GAME</div><div><br></div><div>The plastic pouch in the box includes: game board, cards, golden nuggets, die, instructions and game pieces. Up to 4 people or teams can play at a time. </div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
