Koutsit, part of the Barona Group, implements digital inductions, learning games, and digital work environments for its clients using ThingLink’s technology. Through the collaboration, ThingLink will be able to offer its clients diverse production services for digital inductions and learning environments through Koutsit.

Accessible learning and the quality of inductions for new employees have become important competitive factors for companies. For example, young people entering the workforce are used to learning via digital training.

Timely induction also has an impact on employee well-being. Although an on-site tour with a colleague is valuable, the things discussed during it can easily be forgotten, and a new employee may not dare to ask the same questions again. With ThingLink, the employee can return to review the instructions from a virtual environment, accessible on a mobile device.

“Our aim is to support on-the-job learning so that the necessary information and instructions are always accessible on mobile devices remotely or on-site, in the employee’s own native language. The most common uses for virtual inductions are safety training, new employee inductions, product and sales training, and for customers where training delivery is logistically difficult and expensive to organize. With ThingLink’s AI-powered tool, organizations can automatically convert PDF files into virtual, image-based inductions that the company can offer employees alongside text-based instructions.

“We believe that this solution will interest all companies that are renewing their on-the-job learning practices.
