Complete at least one review in the spring with your PDC Rep and building Administrator for each of the first two years of your re-certification cycle. See attached document for more specifics on the timeline.
Use the Activity Proposal form to document your progress toward your re-certification goals. Please compile these completed hours on an electronic activity log available on the Google Classroom PD site, the SAU24 website or your PDC Rep.
Between January 1st and April 15th of the final year of your cycle, send your completed folder to your PDC Rep for review with your building Administrator. You will get an email notice once your re-certification has been recommended by the Superintendent.
Please make note that you should be having your folder reviewed every year in the spring.
