My favourite shot of George Clooney for W Magazine's Art Issue. Necessary inspiration.
An appropriate image for this training course. It was sourced from Bruno Munari’s Speak Italian: The Fine Art of the Gesture (1958).

Jennifer Daniel's .gif from the 'Faking Cultural Literary' article by Karl Taro Greenfeld for the New York Times in May 2014. Hilariously prescient on many levels. Our cultural canon is determined by whatever gets the most clicks.
This is my favourite Laure Prouvost work which secured her Turner Prize in 2013. As the art fair opens today, the French artist mounts 28 signs carefully across the site, all bearing her characteristic slogans
Detail of A Man with a Pansy and a Skull (1593). The pansy symbolises thought (from the French 'pensée') and the skull is probably intended as a 'memento mori' (a symbol of human frailty and reminder of death).
Detail of an unknown painting. Add some elegance to the chaos.
One of my favourite Francis Bacon paintings. Estimate up to £25m on painting representing lover George Dyer and the artist which has been in private collection since 1977

This feature asks the question: "What's the next Uber?" to the investors of the $18bn app.
As editor of the magazine, I chose to ask Financial Times journalist John Burn-Murdoch on his ones-to-watch in the data mining sector for 2015. One of my favourite features from the last edition of the magazine app.
