Morning and Merry Christmas from everyone at the FSA! Have a fantastic day! Remember - Cook your turkey until it's steaming hot throughout and the juices run clear. There's always gonna be leftovers so remember these two top tips this afternoon!! 1: Cool leftovers as quickly as possible, ideally within 2 hours, cover and refrigerate. 2: If you want to keep leftovers longer than 2 days, freeze them instead and use within one month.
