We surveyed the market and came up with the following sample of the current condo market. Our list does not cover all the projects that have been announced, are coming down the pipe or are under construction. (SoHo Italia, for example, the 30-storey project at the corner of Preston Street and Carling Avenue that received city approval this summer, isn’t included because not enough details are available yet. And Urban Capital has plans for a project of roughly 150 units to be called C4 at Bank and Flora streets, just south of its three-phase Central project.)
